Oxford University's Chemistry Research Laboratory officially opened

Oxford University's £60 million Chemistry Research Laboratory was officially opened by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh last week. The six-storey, 15,750 sq m complex houses 500 researchers and has been operational since January. The laboratory, surrounded by grade II listed buildings, was funded by a £30 million grant from Joint Infrastructure Funding and £20 million from investment bank Beeson Gregory.
