BUSINESS BRIEF: Transport for London appoints consultants

Transport for London has appointed consultants in an attempt to reduce accidents at Hendon Central Junction, north London. Faber Maunsell will conduct an analysis of the junction for the 36 months leading up to July 2003 and recommend improvements. The report, on the A41 junction between Queens Road and Vivian Avenue, will also examine the impact of Brent Cross Shopping Centre to the south and suggest measures to reduce traffic delays.
