IN BRIEF: Former RAF staff college acquired by English Partnerships

The former RAF staff college in Bracknell, Berkshire, has been acquired by English Partnerships for £96 million. The 44ha brownfield site will be masterplanned to deliver new and affordable housing. Defence Estates sold it as part of its plan to make best use of surplus property assets. English Partnerships will consult with Bracknell Forest Borough Council to identify how the site can best meet local and regional housing needs.
