Fifteen deprived communities in England are being given the opportunity to make more decisions to improve their quality of life and public services. More than £36 million of pilot funding, spread over seven years, will be divided between the communities as part of the second round of the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinders programme. The second round pathfinders include a focus on rural areas, tackling crime, anti-social behaviour, empty houses and fly-tipping and environmental improvements.
