REGENERATION BRIEF: Banks works on Bowesfield Park

Developer Banks has started work on a £50 million regeneration project at Bowesfield Park in Stockton-on-Tees. The mixed-use scheme is expected to take six years to complete and will provide an 11ha business park and 15ha nature conservation area next to the River Tees. Banks will work with Stockton Borough Council to revitalise the surrounding area by remediating degraded land.
