Consultation on rising planning application fees in Wales is set to be opened by environment minister Carwyn Jones. At a meeting of the environment, planning and countryside committee of the Welsh Assembly Government this week, Jones said that he will seek views from key stakeholders on a proposed ten per cent "across the board" increase in fee levels.
