REGENERATION NEWS: Urban Splash given green light

The South West Regional Development Agency has announced that Urban Splash has been given the green light to develop the whole of Plymouth's Royal William dockyard. The developer, which has already started work on converting the yard's Clarence and Brewhouse buildings into a mixed-use scheme, has been given 18 months to bring forward proposals for the yard's remaining eight buildings and adjoining land under an exclusivity agreement.
