Inspector cites housing land supply shortfall in approving 950 homes on unallocated Kent site

Plans have been approved for up to 950 homes on an unallocated site on the edge of the Kent Downs National Landscape after a planning inspector found that the council was unable to demonstrate a five year housing land supply and highway safety would not be compromised.
