High Court dismisses planning claim against Home Office's use of asylum-seeker barge

The High Court has dismissed a legal challenge against the government's use of a harbour in Dorset to moor a barge for housing asylum seekers, with a judge ruling that it is up to the local planning authority to decide whether or not to take enforcement action.
