Minister allows Homes England’s 1,100-home scheme on allocated greenfield site

Plans from the government’s housing delivery agency and a housebuilder for up to 1,100 homes on an allocated greenfield site have been given the go-ahead at appeal, after a government minister found that there were no material considerations weighing against the proposals.
