Postgraduate student accommodation would not harm character of area

The demolition of a nursery building in a conservation area, refurbishment of existing college buildings and the erection of four accommodation blocks containing 60 rooms for postgraduate students was allowed in Cambridge due to the scheme not harming the character of the area.
