Housing Land Supply Watch: Council’s supply position jumps by more than two-thirds after slashing plan housing target

A council in the North West has published a new housing land supply position 68.8 per cent higher than the position it published last year, after a partial review of its local plan saw it cut its annual housing requirement by 35 per cent.
