Village extension turned down
An outline proposal for up to 150 residential dwellings including 40 per cent affordable housing outside the settlement boundary of a large village in Oxfordshire has been rejected after an inspector found harm to landscape and loss of agricultural land outweighing its contribution towards addressing a housing land shortfall.
