General Permitted Development (England) (Amendment) Order 2023

This Order amends Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the GPDO 2015 with Article 2 inserting Class CB into Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the GPDO, introducing a new class of permitted development to temporarily provide buildings on school land for a period of three years from the date this instrument comes into force.
