Housing Land Supply Watch: Two councils succeed in bids to have PINS freeze supply targets

One local authority in Lincolnshire and one local authority in Tyne and Wear have had their housing land supply positions confirmed by inspectors, although one council’s supply was revised down from the figure it provided in its annual position statement.
