78% of English councils will have out-of-of date local plan by late 2025, says report

Uncertainty about the direction of national planning policy and the subsequent slow down in local plan-making could mean that 78 per cent of English councils will not have an up-to-date local plan in place by the end of 2025, according to research commissioned by a developer trade body.
