Councillors have ‘dismally failed’ in preparation of ‘disgraceful’ local plan, MP tells Commons

A Surrey MP has told Parliament that councillors in his constituency have “dismally failed” to meet local plan objectives, saying that the “disgraceful” draft plan is “inadequate, insufficient and will not provide enough dwellings”.
