Herts councillors reject officers' advice in voting to undershoot inspector’s recommended plan target

Members of a Hertfordshire council’s local plan committee have rejected recommendations from officers to meet a 15,200-home housing target set by the document's examining inspector, and instead opted to pursue a figure more than ten per cent lower.
