Inspector allows appeal for 929-home Surrey town centre high-rise scheme

A planning inspector has overturned a council's refusal of plans for a 929-home, 37-storey development in Woking town centre, after concluding that the scheme was supported by a local tall building policy and, overall, would "not cause any harm."
