Annual housing supply plunged in 2020/21 to lowest level in five years

The number of new homes created in England in 2020/21 plunged by 11 per cent compared to the previous year - the first drop in eight years, figures from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) show.
