'Significant weight' given to climate emergency in new draft National Planning Framework

The Scottish Government has published a draft of its new Fourth National Planning Framework (NPF4), which includes a new policy requiring planning authorities to give “significant weight” to the “global climate emergency” when considering development proposals.
