Minister approves plans for 300,000sqm of employment floorspace on green belt

A housing department minister has approved plans for two huge employment schemes on the Merseyside green belt totalling almost 300,000 square metres of floorspace, but has refused a third large warehouse development in the same area on the grounds that its benefits did not outweigh its harmful impacts.
