Secretary of state made 'error in law' in determining energy-from-waste proposal as NSIP

A High Court judge has said the secretary of state made an "error in law" in determining an energy-from-waste facility proposal as a major infrastructure project, but rejected the developer's bid to overturn the refusal decision as he concluded that the outcome would have been the same anyway.
