London mayor flags ‘significant concerns’ over borough local plan’s 186-hectare green belt release

The mayor of London has written to a London borough to express “significant concerns” over proposals in the authority’s emerging local plan for the release of 186 hectares of green belt land, with the mayor arguing that “exceptional circumstances” do not exist to justify the move.
