Neighbourhood Watch: Council rejects community group's bid to start drawing up Wimbledon plan following business concerns

A community group has said it will renew its efforts to obtain neighbourhood forum designation, after its first bid to start preparing a plan for an area that would include 60,000 residents was knocked back by a London council due to concerns from local businesses.
