Inspector allows extra care housing scheme in Bath despite World Heritage Site harm

An inspector has allowed a 288-home extra care scheme near central Bath, concluding that the benefits of the project, including the supply of new housing, would outweigh the harm to the setting of the city's World Heritage Site.
