Plans for 825 greenfield homes in Oxfordshire approved despite site allocation departure

Plans for an 825-home development across two greenfield sites in Oxfordshire have been approved, after planners concluded that, although one of the sites is allocated for a football stadium and school, other factors, including the authority's lack of a five year housing land supply, weighed in the application's favour.
