CIL Watch: Jenrick announces that proposed new infrastructure levy will be locally-set

The new infrastructure levy that the government has previously said will replace section 106 developer contributions and the community infrastructure levy (CIL) will be locally not nationally based, the housing secretary Robert Jenrick confirmed this week.
