Homes England provides £100m loan to speed up delivery of 3,000-home Southwark scheme

The government’s housing agency has announced that it will provide a £100 million loan for infrastructure works to speed up the development of up to 3,000 homes at British Land’s 21-hectare mixed-use Canada Water scheme in south east London.
