PINS director says post-Covid events 'should not replicate the past system'

The Planning Inspectorate's (PINS') post-Covid working practices will not "replicate the past system" of in-person hearings and inquiries but will "build something new" to allow planning to "reach a much wider audience", its director of strategy has said.
