Berkshire council approves over 1,600 homes and new road on allocated greenfield site

A Berkshire council has approved plans for over 1,600 homes and a new road as part of a wider 2,500-home local plan allocation, after officers advised that the housing scheme would provide measures to ensure biodiversity net gain.
