The authorities that approved the most office-to-resi PD conversions in 2020 - and those with the highest refusal rates

A West Yorkshire authority approved the most office-to-residential permitted development (PD) right applications between January and December 2020 while a north London borough refused more than 90 per cent of such proposals over the same period, new government data shows.
