TfL gets go-ahead for 479-home build-to-rent scheme above Nine Elms tube station

Plans for a 479-home build-to-rent scheme above a new south London Underground station have been approved, after officers advised that the proposal would add 147 homes to an already-consented development and its increased height would not lead to any adverse impacts.
