MHCLG announces £2.4m funding to boost neighbourhood planning in deprived urban areas

The government has opened bidding for two funds totalling £2.4 million that aim to help address the relative lack of neighbourhood planning in deprived town and city areas, including one aimed at communities interested in trialling a "simpler kind of neighbourhood planning".
