Plans approved for 2,100-home west London Tesco and Homebase redevelopments

Plans have been approved for the demolition of two neighbouring west London stores to make way for over 2,100 homes, despite recognition from planners that the developments would represent a "step-change" compared to the scale of existing development on the site.
