Jenrick backs 193-home west London riverside scheme despite Historic England's ‘serious concerns’

The secretary of state has approved plans for a 193-home scheme near Kew Gardens in west London, despite “serious and intensifying concerns” from government watchdog Historic England over the heritage impacts of development proposals in the area.
