Court rules that AONB objection did not necessitate EIA of proposed winery

The High Court has rejected a resident's challenge to a proposed winery and visitor centre within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), despite concerns from a statutory consultee over its likely visual impact.
