Inspectorate reports average inquiry decision timescale of 68 weeks

The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) has reported that average decision timescales for appeal inquiries have risen to 68.1 weeks, in a report that also reveals a new rise in the number of cases on its books and decisions issued.
