Local Plan Watch: Newly-merged Dorset council proposes green belt release in first draft plan

A recently-formed unitary authority in Dorset has published its draft local plan for consultation, setting out a need for more than 30,000 new homes in the area up to 2038 and proposing areas to be released from the green belt.
