Jenrick u-turns to approve 500-home scheme on Bradford green belt

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has approved a 500-home scheme on West Yorkshire green belt land that he refused in 2019, saying now that the benefits of the proposal, including the supply of new housing, provide the “very special circumstances” required to justify it.
