MHCLG will work ‘collaboratively’ with councils on OxCam spatial framework, says civil servant

The housing ministry will work "collaboratively" with local authorities in the Oxford to Cambridge Arc on preparing a new spatial framework for the sub-region and wants the exercise to set new standards for plan-making, the civil servant leading its delivery has promised.
