Development management answers: what counts as a town centre use?

Q The 2020 amendments to the Use Classes Order are not very clear as to whether uses such as nail bars, tanning salons and undertakers, which are frequently found in shopping centres, should be considered to fall within the new class E covering town centre uses. Can you help me on this? CP
