Kent council threatens judicial review over inspector's call to withdraw local plan

The leader of a Kent council has written to housing secretary Robert Jenrick calling for a review of an inspector’s finding that its draft local plan failed the duty to cooperate and threatening to launch a legal challenge over the document's potential examination failure.
