Consultancy appointed to deliver town centre masterplan with consolidated retail and new homes

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has appointed a consultancy to draw up a new masterplan for the regeneration of West Bromwich town centre, focussing on the consolidation of existing retail space and the provision of "new homes and new uses".
