Planning director hired by MHCLG among new senior roles to drive forward white paper changes

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has appointed a "planning transformation" director to oversee its radical white paper changes and is also hiring other senior figures to focus on the planned shake-up of the developer contributions system, Planning has learned.
