Work on government's OxCam Arc spatial framework 'delayed', claims council

Work on the government's proposed Oxford-Cambridge Arc spatial framework has been 'delayed', according to a report prepared for one of the key councils in the sub-region, which says it won't reach an advanced stage 'until early 2024'.
