General Permitted Development (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021

This Order amends the General Permitted Development (Scotland) Order 1992 to introduce new class 72D which provides permitted development rights for temporary development by the Crown in relation to the prevention, control and mitigation of a pandemic.
