Council 'disappointed' as Jenrick opts not to call in 453-home scheme approved by London mayor

Richmond Council has said it is "extremely disappointed" after housing secretary Robert Jenrick upheld a decision by mayor Sadiq Khan to approve plans for a 453-home "urban village" in the west of the capital.
