Job creation justifies wine storage in green belt tunnels

In agreeing that the storage of wine and other alcoholic drinks within a tunnel in Worcestershire would conflict with green belt policy, an inspector nonetheless held that the need to create jobs, given the economic impact of Covid-19, amounted to a very special circumstance supporting the grant of permission.
