Plans submitted for new Norfolk dual carriageway to support 'significant' housing and jobs growth

A development consent order (DCO) application has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) for a new 4-kilometre section of dual carriageway which is intended to support "major housing and employment growth" in north Norfolk.
